Matching 401(k) Plan
To assist employees in planning for retirement, PSC offers a matching 401(k) plan to eligible employees who have worked for the company for at least three months. PSC matches dollar for dollar the first 4% contributed by the employee and the next 2% at 50 cents on the dollar.
PSC offers four medical insurance options, with the company paying a portion of the premiums, as well as affordable plans for dental, vision, accident, and critical illness coverage for employees and their families.
PSC provides a life insurance benefit in the amount of 1.5 times the employee’s annual base salary at no cost to the employee. A supplemental life insurance plan is also available (via payroll deduction) for employees and their dependents, as well as a voluntary whole life plan.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
PSC provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage equal to 1x annual earnings up to $500,000 at no cost to employees. A supplemental AD & D plan is also available (via payroll deduction).
Long-term disability insurance is provided to employees at no cost, to provide income replacement coverage in the event of disability. Short-term disability coverage is offered a voluntary benefit.
