Cris Rogacheski

Director of Administration & Special Projects

As the Director of Contracts & Administration, Cris oversees our Contracts, Purchasing and IT groups. She is based in our Pasadena, Texas office and brings to the company more than 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, information technology, and finance. 

Prior to joining PSC in 2017, Cris worked for Duke Energy. She served in a variety of leadership roles there, including Managing Director of Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management, and Director of Business Development.
 
Cris is originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Centro Universitario Sant’Anna and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Dom Cabral. A work transfer brought her to the United States in 2005, and she later earned an MBA from Rice University. Cris lives with her two daughters in Pearland, Texas.
