Josh Dixon

Director of Marine Operations

“I might be a little biased, but I believe I have the best job at PSC. I get to support our tankermen and on-call dock operators—the very same positions that the PSC legacy was built on. I firmly believe there is not a greater group of people in the industry than those men and women who wear the PSC logo on their uniforms, while keeping our nation’s cargoes moving safely and efficiently. I’m grateful to serve in a role that enables our employees to be the best at what they do. That has by far been the most rewarding part of my career with PSC.”

As Director of Marine Operations, Josh is responsible for PSC’s on-call tankerman and dock operations companywide. He currently works out of our Baton Rouge Office and has been with PSC since 2011.

Having worked in a variety of management roles in his prior career at Cintas Corporation, he brought a fresh set of eyes and a new perspective during a time of exciting growth in the tankerman business, and as PSC was adding several new customers and dock facilities. Josh was named Director of Marine Operations in 2017 after previously serving as a Senior Operations Manager supporting both plant and marine operations.

Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Josh has a bachelor’s degree in Management from Louisiana State University. He and his wife Andrea live in Baton Rouge with their two children.
