Marsha joined the PSC family in 1999. In her current role as Vice President of Organizational Development, she is responsible for leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and communications. Her prior roles at PSC have included Vice President of Learning and Development and Vice President of HR and Training.

Prior to joining PSC, Marsha worked nationally for 10 years as a management consultant. She worked with a variety of companies, including many in the industries PSC serves.

Marsha earned bachelor’s degrees in Microbiology and English/Creative Writing from Louisiana State University. She holds the SHRM-SCP designation and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR). She and her husband Ken live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with their son.
