Michael Bordelon

Director of Louisiana Plant Operations

“I’ve worked for great companies in the past, but there is something very unique here at PSC in terms of our overall culture and servant leadership. It’s what brought me here, and it’s what keeps me going day in and day out. I get a lot of pride in watching our employees grow and move up through the ranks and seeing how they work together to maintain the excellent performance that our customers have come to expect from PSC. With the teams that we’ve got in place and the strong culture we’ve fostered here, I truly believe the future for PSC has never looked brighter than it does right now.”

Michael transitioned into the role of Director of Louisiana Plant Operations in early 2019, after serving as the Director of Operations for PSC’s “mega-sites” in Louisiana and Texas. He had previously served as Senior Operations Manager in Texas.

Michael joined the PSC family in 2012, coming aboard for the start-up of one of our operations at Dow in Freeport, Texas, where he served as Safety and Training Coordinator. He later transferred to south Texas to take on the role of Site Manager for our Dow Seadrift operation near Corpus Christi.

After proudly serving our country for four years in the Marine Corps, Michael worked five years for Dupre Logistics, serving as an Operations Manager prior to joining PSC. He has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Michael and his wife Mara recently moved back to Louisiana with their two children and now reside in Prairieville.
