As Vice President of Human Resources, Sosha leads the HR functions for all areas of PSC’s operations. Prior to being promoted to VP in early 2019, Sosha had served as Director of Human Resources for six years. She joined PSC in 2007 as an HR Staffing Manager. She works out of our office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Sosha began her HR career in 1998 as a Corporate Recruiter. She later worked in a variety of roles for Aegis, including HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, and National Recruiting Manager.
 
Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Sosha holds a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University. She holds the SHRM-SCP designation and is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR). Sosha and her husband Todd live in Zachary, Louisiana. They have three children.
